**Job Overview**
- management experience of residential construction projects;
- housing sales including assumption of mortgages and related taxation issues;
- statutory and other compliance filings with both non-profit and for-profit companies;
- establishing and complying with financier requirements;
- fundraising activities;
- manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies;
- retail activities within non-profit re-seller stores

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Proven experience in a senior leadership finance role with a track record of strategic financial management
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Sage financial software and systems, and/or the demonstration of the ability to port from Sage to another system of choice
- comfortable operating within a National federation and its related compliance with brand licensing requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $90,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
