Join us as a Project Coordinator in the Technology team, where you’ll be key in supporting our team of Engineers and ensuring the successful completion of projects that make a difference in healthcare. This position is a temporary full-time, 18-month contract, with the potential to transition to a permanent full-time role. **As a Project Coordinator, you will**: Project Coordination & Planning **Technology Project Oversight**: Lead planning, progress monitoring, and development of a master project plan to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, aligning with company goals and customer satisfaction. **Resource Allocation**: Manage team resources to balance workloads effectively. **Stakeholder Communication**: Provide regular updates to both internal and external stakeholders. **Requirements Gathering**: Collect and prioritize project needs from cross-functional teams, including Customer Operations, Sales, and Marketing. **Risk Management**: Manage cross-functional dependencies and proactively address risks or obstacles that may impact timelines or deliverables. **Documentation & Issue Escalation**: Maintain detailed project documentation and schedules, escalating issues to support timely delivery. Scrum & Agile Practices **Scrum Master Role**: Facilitate Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective sessions to enhance teamwork, align on project goals, and encourage continuous improvement. **Agile Coaching**: Promote Agile best practices within the team, offering guidance on Scrum principles and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. **Performance Metrics**: Track and analyze sprint performance (e.g., velocity, burndown charts) to identify areas for improvement and optimize future sprints. Process Improvement & Methodology **Special Project Leadership**: Lead projects that drive efficiency in project management practices.
