Starting wage is $15.00/hour with a night shift premium. Wage is negotiable based on experience.

Responsible for maintaining daily duties and operating the equipment and machinery to support the production process with the highest efficiency and maximum operational performance within either the packaging or production department.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintain a food-safe working environment while on shift ensuring all GMPs are met.
Ability to work with various departments and communicate effectively among them.
Follow and enforce workplace safety and food safety standards.
Additional duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
Strong communicator in English (verbal and written).
Able to lift/push up to 50 pounds.
Able to work in cold food-safe temperatures with appropriate PPE.
Good team member.
Organized, reliable, dependable, and attentive to work and quality.
Willing to learn new techniques, procedures, and technology.
Optimistic and able to handle stress both calmly and professionally.
Able to problem solve and trouble shoot as required.
