Team Leader, Call Centre

**Purpose**:
Team Leaders are responsible for answering caller questions and ensuring productivity. maintain detailed and accurate shift logs (timesheets, pledge confirmation). Team Leaders are responsible for motivating all callers individually and as a group to ensure highest performance. Team Leaders must demonstrate detailed knowledge of York University and the Call Centre operations. On a regular basis, the Team Lead also performs phone calls at the Senior Annual Fund Ambassador's level, at a minimum of 3 hrs/week.
**Education**:
Must be a York University student.
**Experience**:
Minimum related work experience required: at least one (1) semester of experience at the York University Advancement Call Centre as a Senior Annual Fund Ambassador (SAFA), with proven results to acquire new donors and upgrade existing ones.
**Skills**:

Good knowledge of York University.
