**Responsibilities**:

- Connect with customers in-person and build rapport with a variety of prospects
- Provide high level of customer service, addressing customer questions and concerns
- Assist in client data collection with accurate customer profiles
- Perform basic administrative duties
- Attend daily in-person team meetings
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 12 pm to 8 pm.

**Qualifications and Desired Skills**:

- Preferred experience: Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients
