Playground is proud to have grown from modest beginnings to a poker destination of international caliber. With the continued support of poker players from all over the world, Playground continues to expand and further develop our service offerings for our valued guests. Conveniently located just 15 minutes south of downtown Montreal in the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake, the complex currently offers over 40 poker tables and a selection of over 600 Electronic Gaming Devices (slots). In addition, Playground includes an inviting and locally renowned restaurant The Rail Coal Fire Bistro and is in the midst of an exciting expansion project that will include expanding the gaming floors, a stunning hotel and additional contemporary food and beverage outlets.
We are looking for a dynamic Take-out Attendant to get proper orders out faster and efficiently. Your responsibilities include taking customer’s orders, responding to customers inquiries, processing payments and assisting delivery drivers in locating customer’s addresses. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
**_Hours: Several part-time and full time shifts available (days, evenings, nights, weekends)_**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Take customers’ orders and process payments (by phone or in person)
- Be familiar with the Rail menu and daily specials
- Verify and dispatch orders
- Assist drivers in locating customer’s addresses
- Maintain and update customer’s database
- Confirm with online tablet (delivery service) when an order is ready for pick up
- Maintain a clean and organized take-out area
- Restock take
- out containers, take-out bags, menus, condiments and other items at the station
- Balance your cash at the end of each shift

**Requirements**:

- Must be bilingual (English and French) and 18 years or older
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work unsupervised in a busy environment
- A positive and team oriented attitude and ability to work well under pressure
- Solid mathematical skills
- Previous experience in a similar position an asset but not required

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Caissière / Caissier au takeout dynamique qui sera chargé(e) de distribuer les commandes de manière rapide et efficace. Vos responsabilités comprennent la prise des commandes des clients, la réponse aux demandes de renseignements des clients, le traitement des paiements et l'aide aux chauffeurs-livreurs pour localiser les adresses des clients. Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devez avoir d'excellentes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles et aimer travailler dans un environnement où le rythme est soutenu.
**_Horaires : Plusieurs postes à temps partiel et à temps plein sont disponibles (jours, soirs, nuits, week-ends)._**

- Accueillir et assister les clients de manière chaleureuse et professionnell

- Confirmer avec une tablette en ligne (service de livraison) lorsqu'une commande est prête à être ramassée
- Maintenir le comptoir à emporter propre et organisée
- Réapprovisionner la station avec les contenants à emporter, les sacs
