Position Overview:

As a Takeout Attendant, your warm and professional customer service skills will shine through as you greet and assist customers, ensure accurate order processing, collaborate with our delivery team, and maintain a clean take-out area. Your strong communication skills, efficiency and attention to detail will enhance customer satisfaction, making each interaction a delightful experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional mannerDeliver superior service and maximize customer satisfactionReceive and process take-out and delivery orders from customers both in person and over the phone.Enter orders accurately into the POS system and ensure all special requests are noted.Be familiar with the Rail menu and daily specialsCollaborate with the delivery team to ensure timely and accurate deliveriesVerify and dispatch ordersAssist drivers in locating customers' addressesConfirm with the online tablet (delivery service) when an order is ready for pick upMaintain a clean and organized take-out areaBalance your cash at the end of each shift

Requirements:

Must be 18+High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a similar role or customer service preferredStrong communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions with professionalismAttention to detail and accuracy in order processingAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasksFamiliarity with POS systems and basic computer skillsKnowledge of food safety and hygiene practicesBilingualism (English and French)Have a Valid work permit or be a Canadian resident

En tant que Préposé aux commandes à emporter, vos compétences chaleureuses et professionnelles en matière de service à la clientèle se distingueront lorsque vous accueillerez et aiderez les clients, veillerez au traitement précis des commandes, collaborerez avec notre équipe de livraison et maintiendrez une zone de vente à emporter propre. Vos solides compétences en communication, votre efficacité et votre souci du détail amélioreront la satisfaction des clients, faisant de chaque interaction une expérience agréable.

Responsabilités :

Accueillir et assister les clients de manière chaleureuse et professionnellOffrir un service excellent et maximiser la satisfaction du clientPrendre les commandes des clients et traiter les paiements (par téléphone ou en personne)Être familiarisé avec le menu du Rail et les plats du jourVérifier et expédier les commandesAider les chauffeurs à localiser les adresses des clientsMaintenir et mettre à jour la base de données des clientsConfirmer avec une tablette en ligne (service de livraison) lorsqu'une commande est prête à être ramasséeMaintenir le comptoir à emporter propre et organiséeBalancer la caisse à la fin de chaque quart de travail

Exigences :

Être bilingue (anglais et français) et 18 ans ou plusExcellentes compétences en communication, en relations interpersonnelles et en organisationCapacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à rester calme et professionnel dans un environnement au rythme rapideCapacité à travailler sans supervision dans un environnement achalandéUne attitude positive et axée sur l'équipe et une capacité à bien travailler sous pressionSolides compétences mathématiquesExpérience antérieure dans un poste similaire, un atout mais non obligatoireAvoir un permis de travail valide ou être résident(e) canadien(ne)
