**Required immediately, our Winnipeg office is seeking a Supervisor, Technical Support Center to join our team.**

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences
- Five (5) years related and progressively responsible experience, in lieu of Bachelor’s degree
- Strong project management skills (CMP or PMP a plus).
- Familiarity with ERP system (such as Epicor)
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet.
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset.

**Essential Functions**:

- Handle incoming calls regarding inquiries, complaints, requests for information and assigns responsibilities as necessary.
- Ensures the Support Services team is processing all customer orders timely and with a high degree of accuracy. Establishes KPI and metrics to track the team performance.
- Conducts periodic status calls and meetings with customers and internal associates.
- Responsible for the management of all returned materials and parts to the distribution center. Process return merchandise authorizations (RMA) and generate commercial invoices for return to U.S.
- Responsible for recruiting and performance management of direct reports; ensures they are poised to meet the company objectives and goals; provides development opportunities, coaching and mentorship as well as execution of individualized Training Requirement Records (TRR).
