**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate heavy equipment such as cranes, bulldozers, backhoes, and loaders in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform digging, grading, and other earth-moving tasks as required by project specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate operations and meet project deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery on job sites.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors.
- Assist in training new operators on equipment operation and safety procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, including cranes, bulldozers, backhoes, and loaders. **CATEPILLAR PREFERRED.**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
- Familiarity with farm machinery is a plus.
- Valid commercial driving license (CDL) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all operational guidelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
