- **Human Resources Coordinator**_

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

- Spearhead the recruitment process, from drafting compelling job advertisements to conducting resume screening, phone interviews, and reference checks.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

- Act as a strategic partner to Team Leads, assisting in fostering an inclusive workplace culture and managing disciplinary matters.
- Champion staff engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
- Provide HR support to front-line staff, including handling employee relations questions and providing advice on daily HR-related matters.

Training and Development:

- Assist in organizing and executing training programs to support employee skill development and career growth.
- Work on workforce planning projects to ensure the organization's talent needs are met effectively.

HR Administration and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records within the HR Information System (HRIS) and generate insightful monthly HR analysis reports to inform decision-making.
- Coordinate payroll activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide insight and advice on reports and set up tracking methods and follow-up action plans.
- Ensure all HR policies are compliant with regulations.

Event Coordination:

- Organize company events to promote employee engagement and strengthen team dynamics.

Policy and Compliance:

- Develop and draft clear and comprehensive HR policies to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Communicate HR policies, procedures, and changes effectively to all employees.
- Monitor and ensure organizational adherence to compliance requirements and regulatory changes.
- Address compliance issues and mitigate risks.
- Provide training and resources on policy updates and compliance matters to employees and management.

Ad-hoc Support:

- Undertake additional assignments and projects as needed to support the evolving needs of the organization.
- Tailor recruitment strategies to meet the diverse talent needs of various operational units, exploring a range of sourcing channels.
- Provide hiring feedback or advice to the hiring manager.

**Job Requirement**
- 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources or related fields.
- Possession of an HR Certificate and/or HR experience in the Retail Industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in utilizing HRIS systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (knowledge in VBA is a bonus).
- Exceptional attention to detail, robust analytical capabilities, adept problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficient in English; fluency in an additional language (e.g., Cantonese / Mandarin / Japanese, etc.) is advantageous
