一. 岗位职责: 以下科目正在招聘中学课后辅导老师(兼职)
Students: High School students

Subjects/Courses: English Studies, Math, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, Chemistry, Biology, Information Technology, Social Science

二、岗位职责:

- 线上授课
- 根据教材内容设计教案, 备课、授课、参与教研活动
- 给学生提供学习资料,帮助学生加深理解在学校学习的知识
- 针对学生出现的问题答疑解惑

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Conduct online Zoom tutorial (Live) with well-prepared course plans including clear learning objectives, course materials, suitable learning modules, etc.
- Work with students to help them understand key concepts, especially those learned in the classroom.
- Interact intensively with students for Q&A, enhancing their understanding of course materials.
- Collaborate with students and school administrators to determine student needs, identify the area of improvements, develop teaching plans, and assess students’ progress.
- Provide students with positive and constructive feedback.

三、要求:

- 具备加拿大教育背景,本科及以上学位, 在校成绩优异者优先
- 加拿大教育背景优先,熟悉安省教育制度
- 归纳综合能力好, 口才好, 讲课富有激情, 能够独立完成备课和教学
- 有较强的主动学习能力和抗压能力
- 中英文流畅

What you need
- University Degree in a related or relevant area, Canada education background is preferred
- Familiar with Canadian/Ontario High School curriculum is a must
- Able to plan and develop teaching plans, Experience with students in a teaching or tutoring environment, Dynamic, passionate and energetic personality
- Ability to work as a part of a team and independently, strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Fluent in English language skills (written and oral) and native in Chinese or native in English
- Familiar with Ontario (including YRDSB, TDSB, HDSB and other education bureaus)
- Teachers with extensive North American learning and teaching experience

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Teaching: 1 year (required)
