**Position Title**: Assistant Program Quality Consultant

**Status**: FT Admin contract (1 year)

**Hours**: 37.5 hours

**Faculty/Department**: Program Planning, Development & Renewal

**Campus/Location**:North campus

**Salary**: $76,216

**What you will do**:
Under the direction of the Associate Dean, Program Planning, Development & Renewal, the Assistant Quality Program Consultant (APC) is responsible for supporting the work of the program quality consultants, to engage in new program development, revisions to existing programs, and program reviews and degree consent renewals.

**Education**

**Experience & Skills**

One (1) to three (3) years of experience supporting quality assurance and continuous improvement
- Strong analytical skills with experience retrieving and interpreting data from a variety of internal and external sources
- Ability to anticipate challenging situations and proactively seek guidance from their direct manager or PPDR leadership.
- Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize day-to-day tasks (including inquiries) with mínimal oversight/intervention.
- Excellent computer software skills (especially MS Office, and data analytics software)
- Consensus-building skills; ability to promote excellent working relationships with staff and demonstrated ability in conflict resolution.
