At **Steele Recreation**, we’re looking for a results-driven **Service Manager** to guide our service team and ensure every customer is ready for the road, or the trail, ahead, supporting the customers who rely on us to keep their adventures going In this key leadership role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations, driving team performance, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. If you’re passionate about people, process, and creating a service experience customers can count on, this is your opportunity to lead the way

**_ This position offers a base salary with performance-based bonus opportunities. Total compensation will be commensurate with your knowledge, skills, and experience._**

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of service professionals.
- Drive customer satisfaction, profitability, and service excellence.
- Oversee repair procedures and uphold dealership standards.
- Provide technical guidance and assist with complex diagnostics.
- Manage shop tools, equipment, and organization to maximize efficiency.
- Train and develop team members for continuous improvement.
- Monitor productivity and performance to ensure department goals are met.
- Deliver timely, outstanding customer service and support.
- Foster a customer-first culture through coaching and mentorship.

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- 2+ years of automotive experience, ideally in the service department.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Highly organized, hardworking, and self-driven.
- Strong time management abilities to oversee our service operations.
- Prior leadership experience is a strong asset.
