**Birchmount Animal Hospital** is welcoming for a **part-time Veterinary Reception, Client Care **to work a mix of morning, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts. If you excel at customer service, have a passion for client care, and a love for animals, we are excited to welcome you to our team

**The Role**

The role of the Veterinary Reception, Client Care is to strengthen the client, animal, veterinary bond through exceptional client service and education. Your role is vital to the success of our hospital You are the first point of contact and have the ability to leave a lasting impression building trust and loyalty with our clients. Your responsibility is to enhance the client’s experience by coordinating between the clients and members of the medical team. Your primary goal is to ensure the clients and their pets feel welcomed, expertly cared for and appreciated.

**Do you have what it takes?**
- Experience with administrative duties
- Prior knowledge/or ability to learn medical terminology and VCA Woofware
- Exceptional client service skills
- Empathy, compassion and nurturing attitude when providing care to clients and patients
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in stressful situations
- Initiative in carrying out assignments independently
- Previous veterinary experience or certificate
- Attention to detail with above average time management skills
