**THE COMPANY**
Tiltco Architectural is a leader in the custom aluminum window, door, and curtain wall manufacturing industry. We supply and install fabricated aluminum products for elite residential and commercial markets, contributing to award-winning projects across North America.

**THE ROLE**
We are looking to hire an **Inventory/Warehouse Associate** to join our team. This vital role will focus on maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing shipments, and supporting warehouse operations.

**JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels
- Prepare and package items for shipment to customers
- Communicate regularly with the Purchasing & Inventory Manager and the Production & Shop supervisors, providing inventory reports
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Ensure all products are stored in their correct locations and properly labelled
- Pull materials and parts for manufacturing
- Ensure all outgoing orders are packed according to customer specifications and ready for timely shipping

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience in inventory management is considered an asset
- Forklift experience is considered an asset
- Ability to build package products
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication skills with team members and other departments
- Proficient in Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)

**JOB TYPE & SCHEDULE**
- Monday to Friday, Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
