**Responsibilities**
- Attend a training session to understand our product, process, and market.
- Identify potential buyers interested in purchasing a laneway home.
- Track the status of client inquiries and leads.
- Assist in evaluating whether a lot meets city requirements.
- Provide potential clients with information and address their questions.

**Qualifications**
- Strong sales skills.
- Previous sales experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Organized and responsible.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Port Coquitlam, BC

Expected start date: 2025-03-10
