We're looking for a Retail Sales manager with a **heavy focus on the Internet department.**

Your main job is to work a large lead flow, establish a team (1+2) and participate in every aspect of the sales process - from receiving a lead to closing the deal. You will be a part of a 4 Sales Manager team (2 focused on In-Store opportunity, 2 focused on Internet leads). Pay is a percentage of the total Retail Sales gross profit generated by all 4 managers.

**MAIN AREAS OF FOCUS**:

- Appointment setting
- Desking deals, In-store closing

**WHAT'S EXPECTED**:

- minimum of 5 years sales management experience
- ability to to hire, manage, grow and train your sales team

Pay: $120,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
