If so, we need you

As a Senior Advisor, Database Infrastructure Administration, you will be responsible for the transformation and overall smooth functioning of the Bank’s database environments. You’ll oversee the development of the database infrastructures according to the target, ensuring that they are secure, efficient, stable and available at all times.
- Your day-to-day tasks:

- Script and automate the vast majority of day-to-day activities in order to speed up service and project delivery, as well as incident resolution
- Set up, configure, administer and update databases
- Participate in the transformation of database infrastructure
- Implement changes when necessary
- Resolve issues and find permanent solutions
- Collaborate in the various stages of projects
- Provide support for the environments on a rotating basis, along with other team members
- Ensure that information in the CMDB is kept up to date
- Proficiency with Oracle database infrastructures
- Excellent knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB database environments
- Excellent knowledge of AWS RDS cloud database environments
- Excellent knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Git, Jenkins, etc.)
- Knowledge of Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence & Bitbucket)
- Functional experience of Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and learn independently
- Bilingualism, spoken and written (English and French)
- Three-year professional college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and 7 years of relevant experience or a bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience
