Strassburger Windows & Doors is seeking individuals to join our growing manufacturing team, in a full-time position, straight days, Monday to Friday, with the opportunity for extra hours. Several positions are available for various skill levels and we are always willing to train. Painters, machine operators, material handlers are just a few examples. Key Responsibilities could include:

- Prepare and paint window and door components in a safe environment with water-based paint
- Operate window and door manufacturing equipment to produce components
- Comfortable working with pneumatic hand tools and other hand powered tools
- Manual material handling as required
- Read a metric measuring tape and produce accurate results consistently
- Be part of a dynamic, team-based environment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in carpentry, window manufacturing, door manufacturing, cabinet making or construction is an asset but not required
- Strong focus on quality with the ability to meet daily production goals
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly and to support production requirements as needed
- The ability to read and speak basic English
- Minimum grade 12 or equivalent
- Ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks
- Job requires repetitive medium to heavy lifting and the ability to stand/walk all day

Working Conditions:

- Paid weekly
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
