**What the job looks like**:

- Full time positions are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (No nights, weekends, or holidays)
- Preparing and loading cleaning products and equipment into a vehicle in between client's homes.
- Providing an exceptional service in customers’ homes by performing different cleaning activities. (e.g., cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, etc.)
- Moving reasonably light furniture to clean under and behind them.
- Operating a company car or personal motor vehicle to transport team members, materials, and cleaning supplies to each home (wherever necessary).
- Taking pride in your work and being passionate about doing a great job

**What about pay?**
- Once you've been hired, you will start our **Comprehensive Training Program**, lasting up to 4 weeks.
- Comprehensive Training Program: $17/hour (**yes, that includes drive time**)
- By the end of your training, you'll know the in's and out's of cleaning a home and be ready to **make top $$$ on our Performance-Based Pay**:

- Our cleaners make between **$20-$25/hour** on our Performance-Based Pay, and it all depends on efficiency and doing a fantastic job.

**What's required of you**:

- Valid driver's license (Class G) and a clean driving record
- Clean police record and strong references
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills
- Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs. of equipment
- Ability to withstand regular contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions
- Ability to drive to and from various job sites using your vehicle
- Must be a Canadian citizen or have a PR card
- Must live within 25km of our Milton office

**No cleaning experience is required**
