Clean Harbors **Brampton, Ontario** is looking for a **Shipping and Receiving Clerk** to join their safety conscious team

This individual will provide complete and accurate reporting of movements, daily inventory, and production reports. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will be responsible for packages and marketing samples for shipment in accordance to federal guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
- Prepare inventory and production reports;
- Process S/R paperwork;
- Prepare and package marketing samples;
- Prepare railcar approvals;
- Check receiving paperwork and report corrections;
- Maintain Lab files and paperwork;
- Communicate changes/discrepancies;
- Provides daily reports to decision makers;
- Will communicate paperwork changes/corrections to branches and customers;
- Other duties as required.

**What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?**:

- High School or equivalent required;
- Specialized training or 1 year of college preferred;
- 1 to 3 years of shipping & receiving experience;
- Advanced computer skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Strong organization skills;
- Self-starter with great attention to detail.
