Looking for someone to help grow our highly profitable company. Victoria Stone Design has been around for 25 years and focuses on concrete technologies and high end terrazzo installations. We are leaders in the industry and constantly innovating. Our secondary (what could be considered bread and butter operations) are concrete polishing and floor levelling. Our technology, processes and machinery are far beyond what would be considered our competition. Construction experience is ideal, but not 100% required. It would be expected that the person in the role would get on the tools for up to a year to understand all aspects of the business. As general manager, the person would need to be accountable to job budgets, manage staff, and schedule projects. The position needs to be more than just a job, it needs someone who wants ownership down the road and is motivated to grow with the company and get share/ profit sharing. If you are just looking for a salary and regular hours, this is not your position. Market uncertainy is not a concern for us, as specialists and the senior company in British Columbia. If you are motivated, want to join a small team with unlimited growth potential and a strong portfolio, reach out to us.
**Salary**: $58,000.00-$120,063.08 per year
