The Marketing Communications Administrator is a key support role in our marketing team and is responsible for handling various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth and effective communication of important updates and marketing-related activities company wide. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a collaborative spirit.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage promotional marketing inventory; distribute apparel and marketing materials
- Collect participant forms, organize participant information, and track event logistics including the coordination and distribution of promotional materials for Kerr related events and training
- Create and manage marketing activities calendar
- Track important deadlines with event vendors and suppliers
- Build and manage supplier literature inventory (physical and digital)
- Organize and manage Kerr branding assets and materials (physical and digital)
- Answer info line and public site general inquiries, and distribute communication requests across the company to the appropriate persons
- Update Company Portal
- Receive and code marketing related activity invoices and send to accounts payable
- Track available vendor co-op advertising funds

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree Communications, Business, or related field preferred; with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Sharepoint), basic knowledge of CRM systems; experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and project management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- An efficient self-starter who can work productively as an independent, but also has a positive team player attitude who can work collaboratively in a group setting
