**Your day-to-day will look like**:

- Attend pre-construction meeting(s) to review project specifications, tenders and establish construction approach.
- Review site schedules and work with dispatch to allocate crews.
- Collaborate with Project Managers & Coordinators on all aspects of the job.
- Review all time sheets with coordinator for accuracy and approval daily.
- Co-ordinate with Superintendents to coordinate equipment needs and utilization.
- Ensure that purchase orders and requisitions for all materials and supplies are completed daily.
- Attend project closeout meeting to ensure successful completion of projects.
- Review all time sheets with coordinator for accuracy approve daily.
- Work with leadership and PMs on work schedules.
- Review build productions for each task with Superintendent & Foremen.
- Be a progressive, collaborative, and dynamic leader and communicator. Positively guide direct-reports and staff members in project planning and execution.
- Report weekly to the Director of Construction, on construction schedules, stakeholder issues and potential solutions, staffing and budget.
- Implement best practice construction methods.
- Delegate, supervise and assign work to staff members.
- Propose budget recommendations in partnership with senior leadership.
- Prioritize team member cohesion, collaboration, and communication.
- Effectively manage internal/external conflict and solve complex construction problems.
- Successfully assess and manage all construction operational risks, requesting support where needed.
- Promote Hall culture amongst work colleagues, departments, and job sites.

**You have the following qualifications, technical and interpersonal skills**:

- Qualifications_:
2 years of experience is preferred.
- Technical Skills:_
- You have knowledge on safe work procedures.
- You can clearly identify various utility fittings, pipe, and can set up tools and pumps.
- You understand layout, pipe terminology, and different gravel types.
- You understand hand signals and can safely dump a truck.
- Interpersonal Skills:_
- Great attitude towards safety
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to excel in a team atmosphere
- Exceptional customer service
- Results-oriented
