**Job Title**: Facility Operator

**Job Summary**:
The Facility Operator is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of the facility’s systems, equipment, and infrastructure. This includes monitoring equipment, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor facility systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, mechanical, water treatment, etc.).
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on facility equipment.
- Respond to alarms, malfunctions, or system failures and take corrective action.
- Maintain accurate operational records, logs, and reports.
- Follow established safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Assist in the coordination of contractors and vendors on-site.
- Ensure the cleanliness and security of the facility.
- Support emergency response efforts as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in facility operations, maintenance, or a related field.
- Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift and operate equipment as needed.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or be on call if required.
