ADP is hiring an experienced HCM Business Optimization Consultant to join a dynamic team of senior consulting professionals (BPO). The BPO Consultant interacts with our clients and all levels within their organization with a high degree of professionalism to architect business solutions with a high level of accuracy based upon a clearly defined project scope. **Responsibilities**:
The BPO Business Optimization Consultant is responsible for the ongoing development and delivery of optimization services in an existing business setting that relate to implementing efficiencies and solidifying the business partnership. You will be responsible to ensure ADPs systems and processes are optimally configured to meet the client HCM demand. Provide leadership and dedicated ownership of complex business optimization projects, acting as the lead consultant partnering with skilled associates within the organization.
- Project leadership: assess scope, build plans, build efficiencies logs, architect holistic solutions, manage resource implementation of solutions, track progress, support client testing, cut over, and go live activities
- Identify relevant data points to be gathered and analyzed
- Perform fit-gap analysis and work to define change strategies
- Present key recommendations to our clients' representatives
- Monitors project progress and provides regular updates to the client, and vested ADP stakeholders

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of Human Capital Management experience
- Minimum 5 years of business consulting and/or HCM/ERP integration experience
- Minimum 5 years project or people management
- Experience implementing HCM, Benefit, and/or ERP solutions
- Highly developed planning, organizational, and negotiating skills; can manage multiple stakeholders, tasks, and meet deadlines
- Superior client service and communication skills (both verbal and written) and strong active listening skills
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively within cross functional teams
- English/French bilingualism is strongly preferred
- BHRM or CHRM designation preferred
