**Job Summary**

**Luxuria Homes** is looking for a **Skid Steer Operator** to join our rapidly growing team. The Skid Steer Operator will be a collaborative team player who will work alongside our construction team to safely and efficiently complete tasks as assigned.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
- Effectively and safely operating skid steer to complete all necessary tasks in a timely manner as directed by Project Manager or Site Supervisor.
- Complete adjustments and repairs to equipment as required.
- Transports materials around the job sites.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- A minimum of two years of experience working as a Skid Steer Operator or in a related field.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Recent Driver's Abstract will be requested upon hire.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Strong understanding of skid steer procedures, techniques and health and safety requirements.
- Ability to follow instructions and read and interpret blueprints and grade stakes.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and non-verbal).
- Good hand-eye-foot coordination and sense of balance.
- Physical dexterity to handle kneeling, crouching, crawling, and sitting in one area for prolonged periods of time.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to follow directions.
- Excellent problem-solving and mechanical skills.
