**Job Description**:
The Campaign Analyst enables the customer communication strategy by executing targeted campaigns. This role develops the targeting methodologies, governance of processes, including rigorous measurement of digital marketing campaigns. This position will work closely with the Loyalty and Digital Marketing teams to build and execute the Indigo customer contact strategy.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
**Functional**
- Partner directly with loyalty, digital marketing team, merchant teams to understand and establish target audiences for marketing campaigns
- Create and maintain audience and customer trait documentation; ensure data and naming convention consistency across channels, and that key audience segments are used appropriately
- Act as a customer data SME; work with other functions (CRM, Data Science, Data Engineering) within the larger Customer Data and Analytics team to implement new data points for better targeting opportunities
- Analyze campaign results and report campaign performance with recommendations to stakeholders
- Support the planning, execution and measurement of A/B testing in digital marketing channels
- Lead channel deep dives to solve known problems, scope potential new campaigns, and identify opportunities to personalize content for customers
- Standardize campaign measurement analytics, and develop a framework for socializing performance results and insights

**Qualifications**:
WHO YOU ARE:

- Degree in a quantitative field (statistics/mathematics/engineering) or equivalent experience
- Working experience in campaign management, CRM, or Loyalty Analytics
- Proven ability and experience analyzing customer data for actionable business insights
Excellent quantitative analytical skills
- Ability to work with complex datasets
- SQL programming required
- Moderate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong data visualization skills - proficiency with Tableau is an asset
- Effective communication skills that include excellent written, oral, and presentation abilities
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Quick and curious learner
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
- Skilled at turning complex analysis into simple conclusions and recommendations
- Dedication to exceed performance expectations and approaches work with a sense of urgency and passion
