Digital Messaging & Campaign Execution Analyst Alternate Job Titles: Digital Campaign Specialist, Email Marketing Developer, Front-End Marketing Technologist, Messaging Execution Analyst, Digital Production Specialist Location: Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid — 2–3 days onsite per week Contract Details: Type: Contract Duration: 12 months Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: C$40/hr Shift/Hours: Monday–Friday, standard business hours Job Summary As a Digital Messaging & Campaign Execution Analyst , you’ll bring together creative design and technical development to build and execute marketing campaigns across authenticated digital channels and email platforms. This is a highly collaborative role that bridges marketing and technology, ideal for someone who is both design-minded and code-savvy. Key Responsibilities Design, build, test, and launch digital marketing campaigns using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Configure dynamic content and personalization logic for targeted messages Support digital journey and marketing teams in campaign execution Conduct QA testing across platforms, devices, and email clients Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative and technical standards Ensure compliance with CASL and other privacy regulations Refine and troubleshoot vendor-delivered code to enhance campaign quality Work with design tools such as Photoshop, Figma, and Sketch Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations Stay up to date on front-end development and digital marketing trends Required Experience 3–5+ years in digital campaign development or front-end development Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript with responsive design experience Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or Responsys Hands-on with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch Familiarity with content management platforms (e.g., Contentful) Use of QA tools such as Litmus or Movable Ink Strong attention to detail and time management skills Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities Nice-to-Have Experience Experience with personalized data-driven campaigns Background in both technical development and marketing execution Certifications in HTML/CSS or a degree in Marketing, Design, or Computer Science Required Skills HTML, CSS, JavaScript Email campaign tools (AJO, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.) Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch Testing tools (Litmus, Movable Ink) Attention to detail and multitasking ability Preferred Skills Contentful or similar platforms QA and cross-device/browser testing Marketing performance analysis Additional Skills Responsive design CASL compliance awareness Campaign reporting and optimization About the Client: Leading Canadian bank offering a wide range of financial services.
