At Rain Medi Spa & Salon we have an endless variety of products and services including a full service medical spa featuring Clear-Lift, Meso-Micro Needling, Hydrafacials, electrolysis, laser treatments, chemical and herbal peels and more.

We also offer a full service hair salon, amazing spa manicures and pedicures, a wide range of massage treatments, anti-aging facials, microdermabrasion, laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, Botox & Juverderm and an all-new bar & café featuring a delicious gourmet menu.

**We are hiring for part-time position
- SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS ONLY.**

**Spa Coordinator Job Description**:
We are a small team of receptionists operating with two - three receptionists at a time.

The Spa Coordinator is responsible for the daily flow of our schedule and guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

**We are hiring for the following hours**:
Saturday: Open-close (approx 8:15am-6:30pm)
Sunday: Open-close (approx 9:30-6:30pm)

**Qualifications**:

- Great communication skills
- Great hospitality skills
- Background in spa/salon industry
- Great at retail & customer Sales
- Smart-served or able to obtain smart serve
- Microsoft Office Knowledge
- Fast learner
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-player
- Leadership
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience in sales
- Worked with Booker (Mind & Body) / Millennium Program/ or other booking software

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON M2N 3B5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
