Recruiter (Full Time)
Hybrid - Remote and In-branch

**Salary**: $47,829/yr - $59,786/yr
Start Date: Immediately

What qualifications are we looking for?
- Post-secondary degree in human resources, administration, or related education.
- 1- 2 years’ experience within the field of Human Resources and Recruitment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Knowledge of Alberta Employment Standards is considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail, exercising a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organization skills.
- Experience working with recruitment posting/tracking software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
- Working towards RPR or CPHR designation will be considered an asset.
- Evidence of a clear Police Information Check and Vulnerable Sector Search.
- Three professional references.

What does this role look like at YMCA Calgary?

Duties and Responsibilities includes:

- Creating and maintain job posting across internal and external platforms.
- Assist hiring managers with interviews.
- Conduct reference checks for all part-time, full-time, and seasonal employees
- Organize and attend recruitment fairs and other recruitment events.
- Support the development and implementation of YMCA Calgary’s recruitment strategy.
- Provide training to new people leaders on YMCA Calgary’s recruitment process to ensure consistency and understanding across the organization.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with internal policies, procedures, and relevant employment legislation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for recruitment-related inquiries from hiring managers..
- Assist with other general Human Resources tasks or Association events as assigned by the Vice President, Human Resources
