**Job Duties**:
- Greeting all customers and visitors in a courteous and friendly manner- Placing, receiving & routing a high volume of calls through a multi-line switchboard- Displaying a great first impression of the dealership.- Providing detailed administrative support- Processing payments on a POS machine- Dealership experience considered an asset- Other tasks, as assigned by management
- A willingness to work a flexible schedule, including afternoons and every other Saturday is essential

**Shifts for this position are**:
- Monday - Friday 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. ( 2-3 days per week)
- Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 4 p.m. (rotating, every second week)

**Ideal Requirements**:
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field would be an asset- Consistent, professional dress and manner- Exceptional and professional customer service skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills-
- Good time management skills- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
