**Summary**

We are seeking a Level 3 IT Technician to join our dynamic team at G&G Computers Inc. This position is based in Truro, Nova Scotia. You will play a vital role in assisting customers with their technology needs, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support for computer hardware and software issues.
- Conduct repairs on laptops, desktops, printers, and other devices as needed.
- Utilize remote support tools to assist clients effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS).
- Experience in customer service roles is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with VPNs and desktop support practices is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot software issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
