Responsibilities / 工作內容
- Assist customers in booking international travel packages (Europe, South America, Asia, etc.)
- Provide destination guidance, visa information, and itinerary planning
- Maintain long-term client relationships and deliver excellent service
- Option to train as a Tour Guide and lead international tours
- Support internal booking and admin systems
- 協助客戶預訂國際旅遊套票（歐洲、南美洲、亞洲等）
- 用中英三語（電話、微信、電郵）回答顧客問題
- 提供目的地資訊、簽證建議與行程安排
- 建立並維持長期客戶關係，提供優質服務
- 可選擇接受培訓成為國際導遊
- 支援內部訂單與行政系統

Qualifications / 任職資格
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Sales, hospitality, or travel agency experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Self-motivated with a passion for travel and helping others explore
- 能流利使用廣東話、普通話及英語
- 具備優秀的溝通與客服能力
- 有銷售、旅遊或服務業經驗優先
- 注重細節，時間管理良好
- 對旅遊有熱情，樂於協助他人探索世界
