**Key Responsibilities**
- **Proposal coordination**- _Work_ with the team to identify relevant proposals and prepare submission packages to public and private clients. Maintain and communicate a dynamic calendar of proposal milestones, deadlines, and deliverables with staff and external collaborators. Develop operational and technical processes with the Marketing Director to streamline regular submissions and flex your creativity on unique pursuits.
- **Opportunity tracking and project archiving**- _Work_ within a database environment to catalog and track potential and won awards, pursuit opportunities, completed/upcoming photography, etc. Assist with proposal searching and develop new ways with the Marketing Director to streamline and automate tracking processes.
- **Customer Relationship Management **- Assist in the development and maintenance of a contact database (e.g. external partners, subconsultants, clients) and identify opportunities to collaborate and strengthen our industry and community connections through ongoing campaigns and outreach.
- **Collateral development **- Assist in the creation of the material the team needs to promote our _work_. This involves elements of technical writing and layout design for materials such as award submissions, brochures, and presentations.
- **Strategy and Tactics **- Assist the Marketing Director in identifying new and innovative ways for us to connect with our clients, communities, and colleagues. Provide insights based on market research and best practices, but also inform direction with your own skillsets and interests.

**Qualifications**
- Ability to meet client-driven deadlines and deliver high quality _work_
- Ability to engage and collaborate with teams beyond the marketing department who are driven by design excellence, client service, and creating an inclusive built environment.
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous deadlines/projects
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Preference for education and/or _work_ experience within B2B marketing/communications, journalism, technical writing, grant writing, architecture/design, or related fields

**Salary Range**

$60K - $75K commensurate with experience

**Value Add**
- Knowledge with landscape architecture, architecture, and/or interior design
- Experience with public sector bids and submission process
- Experience/interest working with Indigenous communities
- Any kind of multimedia communication skillset (photography, videography, infographic design, audio production, etc.)
- Experience with CRM and marketing database systems
