Roofing Estimator Inside Outside position

What do we need from you?
- Roofing and construction experience/knowledge required
- Excellent written and Spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft office word/excel and Database usage
- Excellent computer skills
- Detail oriented
- Incentive Driven
- Current Drivers licence with clean abstract
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills a must
- Ability to professionally communicate with clients and provide timely reports, advice, and proposals to suit their needs.
- Physically able to access multiple roof types and styles to gather site information for proposal
- Knowledge of multiple roof systems and ability to trouble shoot details and issues
- Ability to physically access and assess multiple roof types safely (Training & equipment provided)

What do we need you to do?
- You will be required to review photos, and field reports from service crews & analyze provided information & convert to a report provided to customers on completed work.
- Create professional proposals to send to our clients based on deficiencies noted in field reports.
- Attend clients sites & access their roof assemblies to assess the condition of the assembly, identify & photograph observed issues, and gather pertinent details to create professional proposals for repairs, maintenance or replacement of the clients assembly.
- Follow up on proposals with clients & address any concerns & work to close sales.
- Attend various industry networking & social events, educational programs, & meetings as required.

- Industry competitive salary commensurate with experience. Base salary starting at $60k - $85k.
