**Job Overview**
We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our collision repair team and ensure the right parts are in the right place—on time and accurately documented.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Order, receive, and enter parts into the management system
- Mirror match parts to ensure accuracy before repair
- Label, stock, and organize parts for efficient access
- Organize and manage parts invoicing for proper accounting and reconciliation
- Maintain clear communication with technicians and estimators on part status
- Support the production team to keep repairs moving on schedule

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in automotive or collision repair parts is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with repair shop management systems
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Clear and professional communication with team members
