**Responsibilities**:

- Answer phone calls
- Provide price quotes and other related parts information
- Invoice customers
- Create purchase orders
- Handle customer transactions and process payments
- Communicate with customers and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
- Prepare parts orders for shipment, delivery, or collection
- Load and unload parts using a forklift or other equipment
- Assist with inventory management and organization
- Safely and efficiently deliver parts to designated locations when needed
- **Safety shoes required**

**Skills**:

- Must be able to work alone and with team members
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- A good level of computer literacy is required, with the ability to quickly learn and use new software as needed for the role
- Time management skills to handle customer requests and orders in a timely manner
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in parts ordering and inventory management
- Experience with inventory tracking and managing stock levels
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Quick thinker working in fast paced work environment
- Strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Forklift certification is a valuable asset for this role
- Problem solver

As a **Parts Advisor & Delivery Help**, your primary responsibility will be as a Parts Advisor, assisting customers with their parts needs. You will also help with deliveries when required, ensuring the timely delivery of parts to our customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service will contribute to the success of our team.

Please note that this position may require heavy lifting and physical exertion.

**Wages will be discussed during the interview and will be evaluated based on experience.**

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
