Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets established standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Estimate construction costs and develop project budgets
- Utilize construction management software (e.g., ProCore) to track project progress and communicate with team members
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting construction documents
- Experience with construction estimating and budgeting
- Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., ProCore)
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
