**Job Posting: Textile Finishing Frame Operator - Night Shift**

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain têxtile finishing frames to ensure optimal performance and output.
- Set up machinery according to production specifications and guidelines.
- Monitor the finishing process, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired fabric quality.
- Conduct routine inspections of finished products for quality assurance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency.
- Keep accurate records of production runs and equipment maintenance.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience in têxtile finishing or a similar manufacturing role preferred.
- Familiarity with têxtile machinery and finishing processes.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
