The **Regional Vice President** will be responsible for the direction of the business development unit, and will hold direct responsibility for acquisition of new clients, and the establishment of productive and profitable relationships with external organizations. As a promoter of Fix Network image and business interests, key elements of this individual's employment include the assessment of operational issues regarding competitiveness, the ability to stay current in trends and innovation that impact our business interests, and the review of these materials with regards to determining the benefits of establishing partnership arrangements.
**If you want to become our next Regional Vice President here are the responsibilities you will be assigned**:
- Lead the development and coordination of partnership and networks that support and progress the objectives of Fix Network.
- Ensure that appropriate sales goals are developed and achieved.
- Establish and maintain a partnership evaluation protocol that ensures that potential partner organizations are responsive, managed openly and effectively and work with similar or complimentary objectives.
- Network effectively in efforts to acquire and develop effective business relationships
- Review partnerships to verify that current partnerships enable Fix Network to meet delivery targets, quality standards and present a positive brand image.
- Work in partnership with the Operations and Marketing teams to ensure execute strategic plans.
- Maintain productive, profitable and friendly business relationships with clients, and potential clients.
- Take appropriate actions to increase the visibility and stature of the organization.
- Promote the aims, policies and objectives of Fix Network and its partner organizations.
- Represent the Company's priorities and perspectives when dealing with external stakeholders.
- Maintain contact with local, regional and global external partners in the industry.
- Review research, feasibility studies and business plans to develop strategies for the improvement, development and customization of products and services.
- Create appropriate strategies to ensure competitive edge.
- Promote the mission and values of the organization both internally and externally.
- Assess operational issues in regards to competitiveness, staying current in terms of current trends and innovations.
- Stay up to date with external and internal developments in the environment for identifying new market segments.
- Develop a process to gather continuous feedback from clients.
- Oversee operations of Training Facility, Equipment and vendor relationships if applicable
- Oversee operations of Regional Office Building & Equipment if applicable
- Perform other duties as required.

- Preferred University Degree or College Diploma in a related field.
- Minimum 10-15 year's experience in a Business Development Management position.
- Ability to lead a team effectively and maintain strong working relationships internally and externally.
- Ability to create, and assess feasibility studies.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills.
- Excellent organizational, strategic, planning and implementing skills.
- Understanding of the industry and area of service.
- Confident with decision making in regards to determining project guidelines, purpose, following through and completion.
- Understanding of financial reports including budgetary guidelines and project expenditures.
- High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts.
- Ability to follow through and complete overlapping projects.
- High level of integrity, confidentially, and accountability, strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
- Ability to respond appropriately in pressure situations with a calm and steady demeanor.
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
