**Overview**
**Duties**
- Curate and maintain an extensive wine list that complements the restaurant's menu.
- Provide personalized wine recommendations to guests based on their preferences and meal choices.
- Conduct wine tastings and educate staff on wine selections and pairings.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service during meal preparation and serving.
- Manage inventory of wines, including ordering, receiving, and organizing stock.
- Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations throughout the restaurant.
- Assist with cashiering duties, including cash handling and processing payments through Micros POS systems.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests and providing exceptional customer service.
**Experience**
- Previous restaurant experience is essential, with a strong background in food service preferred.
- Demonstrated customer service skills, showcasing the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Experience in serving food and beverages, along with knowledge of meal preparation techniques.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and proficiency in using Micros POS systems is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.85-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
