Job Title: Estimator

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for accurate cost estimation
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to develop accurate project budgets
- Identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings during the estimation process
- Prepare and submit bid proposals to clients within specified deadlines
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and negotiations with clients and subcontractors
- Maintain accurate records of all estimates, bids, and related documentation

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform accurate quantity takeoffs
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards
- Proficient in using estimating software and tools
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
