Fitzgerald Motors Inc is a family-owned and operated car dealership that has been serving the Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge region for over 25 years. We are currently seeking a highly qualified and customer-focused service advisor to join our team at our Kitchener, ON location.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing internal vehicle inventorying. Creating, completing and updating paperwork & systems.
- Coordinating and scheduling internal vehicle repairs and sub-contracted work through technicians and lot attendant
- Greeting customers and discussing their automotive repair needs, concerns and additional parts and service
- Communicating with customers throughout the repair process to keep them informed of progress and any changes to the repair plan.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating the work of service technicians.
- Ordering parts and managing inventory for the service department.
- Handling customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate records of all repairs and customer interactions.

**Qualifications**
- Able to effectively communicate with customers, service technicians and staff
- Generate comprehensive work orders and invoices.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Pay close attention to detail and be very organized
- Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance

Expected start date: As soon as possible

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
