What’s exciting about this position? As a Business Development Lead at Sectra you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of Sectra Canada. Collaborating closely with our Sales and Marketing team, you will lead efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and promote Sectra's innovative solutions. This role primarily focuses on engaging with Sectra's customers in Canada to understand their needs and develop strategies that foster business growth. **Responsibilities**: Build and cultivate strategic alliances, fostering new business opportunities through direct contact and prospecting. Analyze current and future business prospects, collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams. Research markets comprehensively, uncovering customer needs and fresh business possibilities. Execute strategies for customer satisfaction and Canadian market expansion. Evaluate leads from various marketing channels, identifying potential growth avenues. Engage existing and potential clients to understand their needs and motivations. Align Sectra's solutions with customer goals, managing responses to inquiries and proposals. Organize client meetings, represent Sectra at events with some travel (around 25%). Deepen comprehension of the Sectra product portfolio and healthcare tech industry. Great. Here's a few more boxes we’re also hoping you can tick: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields of study; M.B.A. preferred. Demonstrated background in technology, with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the technology field. At least 2 years of experience with enterprise healthcare software, diagnostic imaging solutions, radiology workflows, and/or software integrations. Proactive approach to addressing customer challenges, presenting solutions, and driving improvement initiatives. Ability to understand and engage in technical discussions at various levels, including system architecture, integrations, imaging standards, data flow between systems, and cloud technologies. Familiarity with clinical discussions, including user workflows for different imaging departments and roles, EMR integrations with imaging systems, etc. Strong passion for
