We are a new Italian style restaurant and bar. Our goal is to bring authentic, yet innovative, Italian dishes and a vibrant dining experience to the suburbs of Toronto.

**Summary**

This role is great for someone who is looking to advance their experience in the hospitality industry and wants to learn about Italian food, wine, & beer. As a server assistant at Mattarello, you’ll be expected to host guests, run food, polish sliverware and plateware, and assist servers with their overall duties.

As a server assistant at Mattarello some of your key duties and responsibilities would include:

- Welcoming guests at the door
- Knowledge of all menu items.
- Running drinks and food
- Keeping the restaurant space clean and organized
- Polishing and distributing glassware and flatware
- Bus tables

**Experience and skill-set required**:

- General wine and food knowledge
- Well organized and great at prioritizing tasks
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced restaurant

**Beneficial attributes**
**- **Previous experience at a restuarant
- Knowledge of Italian food/wines/spirits/beers
- Previous work experience with Silverware

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $15.50 per hour
