**Summary**

This position is ideal for individuals seeking to start/ enhance their experience in the hospitality industry while learning about Spanish food, wine, beers, and cocktails. As a server at Tapagria, you'll manage your own section with your server, engage with guests, explain our menu and features, and introduce diners to the Spanish style of dining.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
Familiarity with all menu items

Interacting with guests and taking orders for drinks, snacks, and meals

Verifying customer identification and ensuring compliance with Smart Serve regulations

Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant space

Polishing and distributing glassware and flatware

Busing tables

Coordinate with the BOH staff

Assist servers to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant

**Preferred Experience and Skill Set**:
Previous experience as a server

Familiarity with POS systems

General knowledge of food and wine

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Team-oriented and collaborative

**Beneficial Attributes**

Knowledge of Spanish cuisine, wines, spirits, and beers

Prior experience handling silverware

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
