**Kruger Products - Trenton** is growing again and seeking an energetic, highly skilled 2nd or 3rd year **Mechanical Apprentice** who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoys learning and working with new technology to join our expanding **Maintenance **in a Full Time role.

Under the direction of a skilled tradesperson, the **Mechanical Apprentice** is responsible for the troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of tissue converting lines and auxiliary equipment:

- Job Duties
- Conduct troubleshooting and repair activities for machine breakdowns as necessary.
- Maintain production and facility equipment in working condition for maximum uptime.
- Perform outlined procedures for regular machine preventive/predictive maintenance program
- Complete work assignments as directed through assignment of work orders; ensure work completed thoroughly and in a timely manner.
- Complete all paperwork as required
- Establish and maintain maintenance standards and develop and recommend maintenance programs.
- Adhere to and maintain compliance with established policies and procedures
- Develops and maintains effective relations with all company employees at various organizational levels

**Job Requirements**:

- Post-Secondary education in a skilled trades discipline or relevant work experience
- A strong attendance and safety record
- The ability to complete forklift and working at heights training
- Ability to work in a shift environment
- Strong motivation with the ability to work independently or as a team member
