We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst with a can-do attitude who is excited about the prospect of joining a fast-paced environment at one of Toronto’s high-growth startups. At HiMama, we’re on a mission to empower Early Childhood Educators and influence learning outcomes for children aged zero to five. We believe in owning positive change, and our new Revenue Operations Analyst will play a key role in delivering the data and insights needed to drive that mission.
**The Revenue Operations Team**
RevOps at HiMama is a centralized operations team supporting our entire go-to-market org, from Marketing to Sales to Customer Success. We own the technology, processes, and data that drive efficiencies across the entire customer journey. The team is stacked with technical, hardworking ops folks—you’ll gain exposure to the entire customer lifecycle, while providing the data infrastructure, analysis and insights needed for our revenue teams to grow and scale.

The Revenue Operations Coordinator Role*
You are an analytical, process-driven thinker eager to learn and support the RevOps team in delivering best-in-class business processes to the broader organization. This means working closely with RevOps team members to deliver meaningful insights, an impressive tech stack, and impactful process improvements to our go-to-market teams. Last, but not least: HiMama is a social enterprise, and we’re looking for good people who are motivated to make a difference in the world. By working with us, you will be contributing to improving the learning outcomes of millions of children in Canada, the U.S., and abroad.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Delivering regular, insightful reporting to key stakeholders and identifying ways to improve reporting and analysis
- Assisting in maintaining HiMama’s tech stack, including software used by Marketing, Sales, and CS
- Owning data scraping and upload processes and working closely with stakeholders in Marketing and Sales to optimize these processes for data cleanliness and lead performance
- Supporting the RevOps team in delivering larger, strategic projects and playing a key role in ensuring projects are running on time and in scope
- Maintaining a robust documentation library outlining our core processes and technologies and increasing use of this documentation across the organization
- Managing recurring RevOps team processes that support all of our revenue teams, including but not limited to: commissions administration, reporting, monthly all hands meetings, CRM audits, dashboard setup and maintenance, etc.
**What you bring to the team**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an accredited University
- 1+ year of co-op or full-time work on a RevOps, Marketing, Sales, or CS team. Bonus if this experience is in SaaS
- Curious, analytical mindset coupled with an eagerness to learn
- A detail-oriented self-starter
- A positive attitude and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills
