**Position Title: National Account Manager (Foodservice Sales)**

**Location: Lower Mainland, B.C**

**Compensation**:Starting at $55,000

**Job Type**:Full Time Permanent

**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the General Manager of eleven Foodgroup, the National Account Manager will be accountable for managing and growing select Key accounts at eleven Foodgroup. They will achieve this through, market evaluation, product development and drive growth in sales at targeted margin levels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive growth in the select Key accounts and support overall growth of eleven Foodgroup.
- Develop and manage relationships of Key Accounts from store to head office levels.
- Collaborate directly with production facilities to innovate and develop products tailored to meet the specific needs of key accounts.
- Develop annual and quarterly business forecasts, plans, and budgets.
- Effectively manage annual budget for territory activities and programs, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Monitor financial results and use the bi tool to achieve company and client objectives.
- Plan and conduct activities and sales programs to drive growth in the segment.
- Coordinate customer support efforts, leveraging both corporate and regional resources to ensure optimal client satisfaction.
- Actively participate in industry trade shows and association activities to stay informed about industry trends and enhance the company’s market presence.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting for all activities within your area of responsibility.
- Ensure timely execution of sales administrative functions to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Maintain records to comply with eleven Foodgroup and government standards, ensuring adherence to marketing and human resources programs.
- Champion and enforce the Code of Conduct and eleven Foodgroup policies and procedures.
- Lead change initiatives within the segment and serve as a brand champion for eleven Foodgroup.
- Deliver planned results and actively contribute to the expansion and the success of the designated segment.
- Other Duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Be relentless in driving growth and building mutually beneficial relationships.
- Pre-existing Regional and National Chain experience and relationships an asset.
- 5 to 10 years progressive sales experience in a similar sized operation, or:

- a combination of post secondary education and experience will also be considered.
- 3 to 5 years of related industry experience required, Time spent in the Upscale Casual Dining segment an asset.
- Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn systems when required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, customers, colleagues, and staff.
- All applicants will be required to complete a criminal and financial background check prior to hire.
- Ability and willingness for frequent travel.
- Must possess a valid drivers license.
- Position location based on applicant’s location and CFS business needs.
